Bonk has swam to the stars to be with Yamuel, Louie, Tibby, Feather and all of our beloved puffers before him. He hasn’t been well since April, and between meds, baths and syringe feeding, he wasn’t getting better.

SIP, you tenacious little disco puff. You gave me six years of being the googly eyed alien that lived in my bedroom. You outlived your brothers and even at the end persisted until I finally told you that you could rest.

I love you, puffer. This is always the hardest way to love you.
