Feferi was all giggles for a few minutes before she grinned at Kanaya and began to walk, making sure Kanaya was following after.  "Have you heard from anyone else yet?  Cronus maybe?"  Her tone was wishful but not to positive.

"Oh, that does sound lovely. I’ve heard marvelous things about Pacific Rim!"

"Then lets have some fun!"  Feferi laughed, hitting her hands together. 

"This is going to be glubbing fun!"

Feferi thought for a few moments and then nodded her head.  She had a small idea, but maybe it would be fun.

"Maybe we could go shopping, sea a movie and get somefin to eat?  Does that sound like a plan?"

"Alright. I shall have to trust your judgement! I don’t really know my way around well enough, to be honest." Kanaya giggled, intertwining her fingers together behind her back. One of these days she would go to the beach- not alone, of course, that was no fun… Feferi would certainly enjoy it.

Feferi nodded.  "I don't either, I really just know the area around the Corner and that's about it.  I haven't been out of the hive for a while."  Feferi gave a sheepish smile.  She began to move away from the beach.  Maybe the time walking around would give her ourfit time to dry.  "Is there anything you want to do?"

"Of course. What would you suggest? I’ve been dying to get out of my hive recently…"

"I have no idea!  Why don't we just look around, and do what ever catches our fancy?"

It felt so good to talk to one of her fronds again.

"I don’t know, actually… but I don’t think anyone is truly to blame." With a moment of silence, she pursed her lips. "They’ll be back."

Feferi nodded her head.  "Yes, I am sure that they will be.  I just hope its glubbing soon."  She made a face and then closed her eyes, taking a deep breath.  "Maybe we should find somefin to do to distract ourselves?"

Feferi carefully took the kerchief and whipped her eyes with it. She was sorry her tears would stain the cloth. "Why should you feel sorry?  It isn't just your fault." 

Feferi stood up and looked at Kanaya fully.  "I don't know what happened, but its not your fault."

Kanaya gently puts a hand on Feferi's shoulder with a gentle but apologetic smile.

Feferi looked up at Kanaya, whipping her tears away.  "Kanaya."  She looked back at the waves again and shook her head.  "Everyt)(ing )(as gone to glubbing carp."

Everyone was gone.

The whole town seemed to be in a deep slumber, even the ocean seemed quieter then normal. As Feferi looked at the waves, felt the cool sea breeze against her fins, she felt like crying. She moved a little towards the ocean, and let the salt water hit her bare feet.

Was it all over? Feferi hadn't heard from anyone in a realy long time. The last time she had heard from someone it had been Damara and Mituna... but that had been months ago. Feferi dug into her pocket and found her phone. Nope, no new messages. She gave a sigh, then put the pocket back in her pocket.

"W)(---ER--E T)(---E FUCK IS --EV---ERYON---E?!"

Feferi sat down in the water, watching the gray sky with a dark expression. She missed Cronus, she missed Kanaya, Terezi, Karkat, Tavros, Kankri... She missed everyone. Feferi put her head on her knees and felt salty tears fall down her face.
