Day 2 of my Qualia trial and although I feel that it is working, the effects aren’t as pronounced as the previous nootropic stack I created with just Alpha-GPC, Huperzine-A and Vincopetine. I think the reason is because I was taking 200mcg Huperzine-A, but the Qualia dosage is only 50mcg. I could up my dosage of Qualia, but I’m already taking 6 pills to get 50mcg. If I doubled the dosage, I’d be taking 12 pills which is too much and totally kills any chance of Qualia being financially viable. Also, I'm taking 3 times as much Vincopetine as my previous stack, which may be too much.
I thought the added ingredients of vitamins, anti-oxidents, and minerals would really boost things for me, but instead, I’m getting tired by the end of the day - much like I did when I took Aniracetam. With my previous stack, I did not feel tired. It could be the noopept, or the fact that there’s some caffeine in the mix. I’m not sure. I'm going to try cutting back on my coffee to see if it's the caffeine. Taking Qualia is the equivalent to a cup and a half of coffee in caffeine.
I do feel confident. Working out feels great and so is listening to music. Listening to others talk, however, not so much. :)
My teeth don’t feel weird like they did sometimes with the previous stack. I think that's because Qualia has less Alpha-GPC in it.
I’m going to continue for the full month and give a full report, but so far, it’s good, but not as amazing as I was hoping for.
