WHAT IS YOUR DREAM IN LIFE?

Since I was a kid, I already dreamt of becoming a doctor, I also want to be a singer and to have a concert but that career is not for me, because I don’t have a good voice, so I focused my dream to be a professional doctor. I realized that this profession really suites me, God gives me this dream job to serve people. I also plan to save money through my salary to build my own business like a pharmacy, commercial building, farm, and beach and resort.

All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them.

Kwentong Jollibee: Pamasko

The video that has touched me most was Kwentong Jollibee: Pamasko as it subtly tingled my heart since I also experienced having a parent working overseas. I have also longed the hugs and comfort of my mom, and though she was far away for a long time, I still felt her support for me and my siblings. An ideal family for me would be a family that is very open. You always have their support and understands your decisions without making you feel less.

Words of Affirmation

Words of Affirmation is my love language according to the result. At first I’m shocked because I really thought that my love language is physical touch. As time passes by, I realized that the result is right because, as I recall the past I realized that when my close friends say “I Love You”, “I know you can do it” and any kind of words that show love and motivational words I felt that they love me and they care for me.

Leadership

When you are a leader it doesn’t mean that you are the boss. Being a leader is that you need to show to your members that you are hardworking so that your members will be encouraged and inspired to help you.

What make me happy?

It makes me happy when I’m with my family, and my trusted friends. And it also makes me happy when I’m talking with my crush AHAHAHAHAHA.

When are you happy? 

I am happy when I receive new parcels.

Brain Hemisphere

Our brain is the most powerful organ in our body among the others, because our brain controls our body. And if our brain hemisphere combine I believe that we will become more intelligent, we will be more talented or let me say “we are already perfect” because every side of our brain have a different abilities.

My take away for this day is that we need to prioritize our brain we need to be careful for our brain, and we need to use our brain in a wise way, and we should not underestimate the power of our brain.

I consider learning a new hobby as a personal positive stressor since it makes me feel nervous but at the same time excited since I’d be grasping a new knowledge which may seem novel to me but a common thing to other people. It would motivate me to do better and improve my performance. It would help me focus my energy on something good.  While negative stress for me is when i overthink over things or events that haven’t even happened yet. It makes me feel anxious and fearful for the future.

My take away for today’s lesson is that life becomes easier when you let go of the unneeded stress. If it’s out of your control, don’t let it worry you.

As we grow older, we learn to be with ourselves. We discover that we could be on our own but this doesn’t mean that we don’t need any more help or support from other people. Being alone is not being lonely, it simply means that you are becoming independent without having to shut other people. Always remember, no man is an island.

PAUSE FOR A THOUGHT

While I’m listening to the song “Forgiveness” by Matthew West, it helps me to move on and to forgive a person who wronged me. Because I learn that forgiving will make our self free from hatred.

My take away for this day is that we need to forgive because we need to be happy and to have a peaceful life, not because they deserve forgiveness. You have to take care of yourself first before you can take care of others.
