what sort of life has your character been living prior to accepting tom nook’s getaway package?
The not at all glamorous life of a soldier in World War II, and before that, he lived in Brooklyn and had a lot of health problems.
i.e. were they similar to how they are in canon? or were they pursuing something different?
Fairly similar. If his life never went the route of becoming Captain America, he would have pursued a career with his art. Likely as an illustrator for books, which is what he’s doing on the island.
what’s a little bit of background about your character in canon? what’s their personality like? + give us a little bit about them for those who are unfamiliar with the character / fandom.
Merging those two questions together and giving y’all an even longer wikia page.
does your character like the island life? or do they miss their ‘real life’?
He loves the island life. It’s perfect for him to get his work done in the peace and quiet but still socialize when he feels it’s necessary to stop being a complete hermit. (This answer is subject to change once he remembers his real life.)
how does your character feel about the town?
For the most part it’s good. When he does go out, it can get a bit loud for him and he doesn’t react too well to it for some reason, but it’s his home and that matters to him more than some feeling he can’t explain.
