UAQ (Unfrequently asked questions)

Q: Is there a deadline for when I can post my fics or art by?

A: nope! if you're speedy, feel free to post them on the days of the prompt. but if you're anything like me (slow and steady wins the race), then take as long as you want! you can post stuff out of order too.

Q: what constitutes as adult timeline? does early post rescue count?

A: this is one I've given much thought to and ultimately decided, no. early post rescue does not count. as much as i love seeing fics about that, this is not the event for it. I would define adult timeline as the adult timeline we've seen in the show so far. it can be a few years before or after that, if you'd wish.

Q: Do I have to use both prompts? (this is a restatement)

A: nope! you can use either or. using both can be fun if you'd like though.

Q: Is there a collection for me to put fanfics into?

and here is the prompt list, for yellowjackets: adultjackets week! this is a prompt week for fics or art, that centre around the adult timeline! this is a dead dove friendly event, and I've included some more... dead dove secondary prompts, some more obvious than others. (those being the dark blue prompts)

you can use just the yellow prompts, or just the dark blue prompts, or you can use both in the same work! whatever tickles your fancy, really.

some things to keep in mind, I'm not gonna call these rules, but obviously, this week is meant for works focused on the adult timeline. flashbacks, references, and hallucinations to the teen timeline are fine, just so long as the main work is about the adult timeline! and it doesn't have to be about the main survivors, it can be about any character in the current day timeline, (which includes characters such as lisa, callie, walter (i dont judge!) )

hell, you can even include adult timeline versions of characters that didn't make it in canon!
