#but why what this scene deleted in the first place ? #i mean this explain the whole ‘what do you think happens back there if you die here’ #peter spent a whole year waiting to go back to narnia #and now he’s scared he’s gonna die on earth too #peter really thinks he’s not gonna make it #but look at his face in the last gif #he’s looking at his narnian armor #he still goes into the battle with miraz #to save narnia #because he’s the high king and this is his duty  #maybe he thought that if he could go back to narnia just one last time #he’d stay there forever #but i think he starts to understand #peter realizing that he needs to leave narnia at some point #and being okay with that #and understanding that he has a future on earth too is one of my favorite character development #thank god the movie shows that
