hey guys!! i'm really really really sorry for not making an update post last week, i was working on all of the art for the bedroom but unfortunately i lost all of it right before sunday so i felt it was unfair to make an update post with nothing... i'm really sorry

i've finished almost all of the art for the bedroom in this last week, but i still haven't actually imported it into the game and there is still some work that needs to be done before i'm able to show the bedroom, i'm assuming it will be done next week or the next so look forward to that

also, to give some insight into how i've been developing, i try to finish all of the art and then put it all in the game over one day because the laptop i'm making the game on is reeeaaallly shitty and it takes a really long time to open so it's kind of a hassle, and i want to show images of actual finished things from now on instead of just wips so there's only one image for this update post, which is the title screen:

we've mostly been working on sprites and general artwork this week, so not really a lot can be played yet LOL.... but we have started on a little bit of a hell-esque maze world, but i don't really want to give any more info on the dream worlds because i don't want to spoil it...

also, about half of the effects have been planned out but we are still working on spriting all of them and implementing them into the game. we have been using clockworkprince ynfg template so it will definitely help but some of the effects brainstormed don't exactly fit into the premade effects so those will have to be altered slightly

anyways this is still very very early so not a lot of updates this week... here are some sketches that we've worked on that aren't spoilers however

next week i hope to have some of the bedroom/awake world finished but not guaranteed because we are quite busy next week.. but look out because whatever on that that's done will be posted! next post will be on april 21 10:00 pst

hey guys we are making a YUME NIKKI FANGAME called ADVANCED BOTANY!!! (subject to change probably )-: )it will follow a girl named august, but that's really all we know at the moment since we are still brainstorming... this account will be used for updates, questions, whatever!

we are just 2 high school students making this.. we are both studious so we won't be able to work on it all the time... so if anyone wants to help it WE WOULD BOTH THANK YOU AND BE IN DEBT TO YOU FORECER!!!! IT WOULD BE AWESOME!!! we will include you in the credits for even just the smallest help!

we are going to try to put out an update post every sunday, but keep in mind we won't be able to work on it all the time and we are still learning how to make games and stuff so it will be a while until we get an actual working demo out... but we will be answering asks and stuff on other days
