My first new physical map!
One my oldest maps — inspired by the Lion Bridge in Alnwick.
Mad how far things have come… and now it’s finally available as a Premium Matte Paper print you can play on at your own table.
Two more of my early favourites are sitting in drafts (slow and steady 😅), but I’m buzzing to get these original maps back on the store as full physical releases.

Day 19 - Lighthouse
Not much to say here, took a crack at a lighthouse. The bottom and 3rd floors are pretty bare, wasn't sure what to put there, but otherwise I'm happy with how it looks.
Was thinking I should invest in more assets for these softwares. Spice up what I'm capable of making... idk, I'll think on it.
Floating Pyramids & Dinosaur Herds, making a city with Beak, Feather & Bone and Claw Atlas
I’ve had Beak, Feather & Bone along with the Claw Atlas on my to-play shelf for a while now. I was going to use it as an icebreaker for a work meeting but never did; I felt like I needed to play it once. Yay, I’ve played it once and it was delightful. The same dear friend from out of town who played The Waking of Willowby Hall via Cairn with us last night sat down after brunch and made a city…

Encounters on dungeon level 3 of The Temple of Elemental Evil, module T1-4 by Gary Gygax and Frank Mentzer, TSR, 1985: ettin, hill giant, ogre, trolls, gargoyles. I think this is by Jeff Easley; the signature “J Fred” is “Jack Fred,” a pseudonym used by Elmore and Easley that appears throughout this module.
Seen at Historicon in Lancaster, PA, in the board game library: Some golden oldies here, including Dungeon!, Dark Tower, Dungeon Master, Dragon Strike, Nuclear War, Samurai Swords, and some Avalon Hill classics like D-Day and Tactics II.
Lucky ebay find: the temple of skulls, fully painted and finished. I generally dont like buying painted warhammer stuff but for terrain I'll make an exception
Ser Guyard Morrigen, The Green.
"By rights it should be one of the seven who strikes the first blow."
We're getting into the real dregs of the rainbow guard now. Guyard is a character who manages to consistently get snubbed in his hunger for glory, passed up for leading Renly's vanguard, serving as Stannis's champion in single combat and finally cut down in battle by Renly's Ghost, the avatar of the consequences for his fluid loyalties. Painting-wise, this is the first of the Rainbow guard that saw me switch from gold to a silver base for the contrast paint, which I'll continue for all of the cooler colors. It was interesting finding the right tone of midnight sea-green for his coat of arms.

"I am not a machine as you would understand. I am not a slave. I am not a thing. I am beyond and above you. I am a Man of Iron. And I am free."
this mini was absolute murder. My sympathies to any dedicated White Scars painters, shade and tint on top of white is deeply unforgiving. Very happy with the off-white green tone I got on their chassis. This marks the completion of all the player character minis for Blackstone. Stay posted for those delicious Traitor Guard.
☠️ Revenant III ☠️
Another 28mm skeleton that I sculpted and painted, based on my concept art. This one wields a mace and shield.
