trying to draw what time looks like. although that's a mask--his face is kinda skeletal, but he's not a skeleton if that makes sense--idk. planning on doing his spine like full of gears, so its like his bones are gears (and that's what the first ever clock was made of, his bones or something idk)
Hey! Can you guys reblog this if you are willing to roleplay some horror or darker themes?
OCs and AU versions are welcome~ Any fandom by the way
Tom Felton in ‘Murder in the First’ (s1 e6)
"Oh, dude, would you have even given somethin’ so valuable to somebody like me if you didn’t know you could trust me? It’s safe, I’ll even pinkie— I’ll swear on my pop’s grave.” Deadpool kept his voice level and convincing, unless Time was able to get a read on his heartbeat it would be nearly impossible to tell that the mercenary was lying about the state of the watch. “I wouldn’t wear something like that out to any ol’ job.”
Luckily for the mercenary, Time was not capable of reading other's heartbeats considering he had no special talents concerning the biological nature of a person. That was Death's job. The entity merely took Deadpool's words as truth (though there was a faint suspicion at the back of his mind if only because of the insistence that it was safe). In truth, Time had given the other the watch merely to prove his sincerity, not whether he could trust him with it. A mistake, if he even knew the other lost it.
"Alright. I believe you." He shouldn't, he really shouldn't. "I'm not accusing you of doing so. But, I do ask you tell me should you ever find it missing. Please don't take that lightly."
"I can live with second place, second place is better than third place. After all the sayin’ is ‘first the worst an’ second’s the best’.” Deadpool had admittedly misplaced the watch, something he didn’t care to admit. He had lost it within the week of having it. “Heh, this is… true. I still have it — safely kept of course.”
"Is that right? I was always under the impression everyone wished to be in first. I don't think I understand that one." Time shrugged. He didn't particularly care to understand it either. He didn't catch the lie in the next words and only nodded. "Please keep it that way.. I wouldn't want it becoming someone else's property. It could cause quite the issue."
"Damn right! I should be the favorite-favorite!” Deadpool was pushing it, now.
"That's reserved for a very, very lovely lady." He snickered. "But I'll grant you second place. I did give you one of my very special watches, after all."
"And I’m the most amazing specimen humanity has t’offer, am I right?"
"But, of course."
And he's only humoring him a little because--
"I'll admit--you are one of my favorites and I don't have many."
Time tries his best to only make friends with immortals.
"So what yer sayin’ is that you’re like The Watcher. You’re only allowed — technically — to show up if there’s some really, really, really, really bad $#!& goin’ down, and even then you’re not allowed to interfere unless we screwed up stupid bad? But you drop in from time t’time anyway just because you can and nobody ever stops you, plus, humanity is pretty rad to observe. Also you might be biased a little. Did I hit the nail on the head?”
"Precisely. Humans are indeed my favorite. Glad you're capable of translating into vernacular."
"Is there something you are looking for? I think you've wandered into the wrong place."
He'd finished fixing the tangled knots of realities nearly merging together and to have someone find him just after that was tiring. He had no interest in dealing with people--not now when they've nearly caused catastrophe.
"You can heal wounds by reversin’ time but you can’t repair major @#?& ups you’re involved in by reversing it? What kind of a lame trade-off is that? You’re Time you should be invincible an’ unstoppable! Why d’you need to heal other people’s wounds when you could be using your powers to TARDIS around an’ have some laughs?”
"I've a job. My purpose is to watch over all beings, to watch life as it plays out and eventually--ceases to exist again. I am not to interfere unless they cause a disruption of the Flow and reality. Then I fix it. This conversation should not be happening. I should not be here. But my fellow entities have been lenient with me so long as I do not disrupt the balance. They say I've been around your kind too long. I've lost my objectivity. But even so I can't disregard my position, you understand?"
"Maybe you should use your all the time in the world shtick to become a doctor or a wizard or a shaman so you really can heal people!”
"I can heal people. It's sort of like how your own healing works--as if the wound never existed in the first place, except it's more like I can turn back their thread so that the wounds don't exist ...as if they never happened. But, I'm not supposed to. It's tricky. I can't interfere if someone is to die, for instance. So I suppose I could learn the actual trade. I don't think I could fake magic, though."
