6 ways to fix constipation
I've made this post three times because I keep getting termed. Anyway:
Fibre is the main thing that helps you to defecate. Lots of foods have fibre, and some are low c4lorie. You usually need about 22-30 grams of fibre a day. Take supplements if you'd like.
Here's some foods that contain fibre: pinto beans, edemame, guava, collared greens, strawberries, broccoli, carrots, dates, legumes, quinoa, oatmeal, beets, chia seeds, cauliflower, almonds, sunflower seeds, sweet potatoes, flax seeds, brussel sprouts
2) Increase your fluid intake
Believe it or not, water is a big factor in constipation. If you're constipated, drink lots of water. If you don't like water, drink soup broth or eat watermelon. Sugary drinks make your constipation worse, though.
Caffeine in your coffee helps your muscles contract and stuff. It helps move things around and get your digestive system going. If you are not a coffee person, or if this doesn't work for you, try prune juice instead.
Moving your legs and torso can help move those muscles in you and get things going. Go for a walk, do some bicycle kicks, anything that gets your legs and hips moving.
5) Increase your magnesium intake
Magnesium citrate has a laxative effect.
Your perineum is the skin between your genitals and your ass. It might feel uncomfortable, but massage that part of you to encourage your muscles to get moving and give it a push.
