You're still valid, even if you have a lot of fictives. Characters and idols are comforting figures that can really effect your life, it makes sense to have some.

You're still valid, even if you have a high head count. Some alters can deal with things other alters cant. Every role is important, and sometimes you need a handful of roles to survive. That's okay.

You're still valid, even if you don't have a headspace. Not everyone needs or can picture that space, and it isnt necessary for good communication or functioning.

You're still valid, no matter what your system looks like. Just as long as you're traumagenic ;)

Sentiments like this make me sick. Why are you watering down a disease? Sure, you can come to terms with your alters and make light of your situation. But being a system isn't "funny people in your head" disorder. It's the fracturing of your self. The loss of your whole. Not knowing who you are or what you are. Not recognizing yourself. Not remembering what you did only five hours ago.

I don't even remember yesterday. I wasn't here yesterday (alter-wise).
