Deus Ex: Invisible War was developed by Ion Storm using the Unreal Engine and originally released in 2013 for PC and Xbox.
Many of the game’s design changes from its predecessor were part of an initiative to make the game appeal to a wider audience, in order to make the franchise profitable. Some of these changes included universal ammo, minimizing the number of menus, and focusing on the core “first-person shooter” mechanics.
