#mentalhealthawareness just a reminder that depression looks & feels different for EVERYONE. a person can project themselves as the happiest most put together person out there (esp w social media) and yet, they can still be fighting their own battles within that they may not fully display externally. it’s so SO important to understand this concept, and to stop stigmatizing depression & mental health as something abnormal, uncomfortable & shameful. to an extent, we’re all dealing with our own inner complexities, so pls treat those around you with compassion. they may not ‘look’ like they are going through something, but never judge someone solely on how they choose to present themselves to the world. xo #reminder 💕 xx insta : @bykellymalka

Giethoorn in Netherlands has no roads or any modern transportation at all, only canals. Well, and 176 bridges too. Tourists have to leave their cars outside of the village and travel here by foot or boat by. So you can probably imagine how peaceful it is here.
