Some cute headcanons based off an idea I had! I’m alternative in real life with interests in goth/post-punk/metal, but i’m gonna try to keep this pretty general so everyone can enjoy🩷
Sweet Adam!!! He thinks you’re the coolest person he’s ever seen, no matter what. No matter how long you’ve been dating, he still can’t comprehend that someone as amazing as you would have an interest in him.
I honestly think an alternative partner would be the best for him. Someone who’s not afraid of being elaborate, accepting of the unordinary, just someone to be nerdy with. Especially if you’re not afraid to stand up for him. You’re his sole believer and you’re both each other’s number one supporter.
He’s very happy you love his nerd stuff and sword things lol.
He loves whether you go all out with your outfits or not. Actually, he loves seeing you in your comfy clothes and no makeup, it makes him feel special!!
So absolutely down bad, constantly says, “Gosh, you’re amazing.” with the most starstruck puppy eyes.
He looooves seeing you get ready, no matter how long it takes.
You’re doing your makeup in the bathroom? He’s sitting on the toilet lid and chatting away. You’re in your room trying stuff on to see what works? He’s sitting on the bed and complimenting you, calling you beautiful with every garment you add.
Will absolutely let you dress him up. His heart would flutter seeing you focused as you apply makeup and giggle over how cute he looks.
Would flex in the mirror with your eyeliner on
If you sing/play an instrument, oh he’s gone.
Parallel play lmfao. The two of you will sit in his room, you on the bed quietly playing/writing music. Even though he has a desk, he’ll sit up in the bed next to you, sketching away at his drawings of Eternia. He loves it.
Speaking of music, he’ll listen and jam out to whatever you show him. I don’t think he’ll particularly like more intense stuff like Death Metal or Industrial, but he doesn’t mind since he gets to see you happy.
It would be very funny to imagine him with you in his cute little yellow car listening to shit like Obituary lmfao.
I do think he would love 80’s New Wave (because He-Man lol) His favorites being a bit more poppy like OMD, Tears for Fears and The Cure (duh)
Hussein would not believe Adam when he first showed pictures of you. His jaw would be on the floor an questioning how Adam pulled you. He would just blush and say, “Yeah i don’t know either”
He knows you can handle yourself while in public, but he still wants to be able to defend or guard you from people who look at you judgmentally.
If you’re wearing something revealing and need to adjust it, he’ll stand in front of you to block any prying eyes. Like you’re wearing a short skirt and you drop something, he’ll stand behind you and look away (politely)
