“She seemed it, yeah. Hence not telling her I was your sister.” Ever mature, Sofia stuck her tongue out as well. “Sure you do. Too many if you ask me. You make friends way too easily,” she teased. She’d never had that gift, keeping people at arm’s distance. Too many times people had been scared of her, too many times she’d seen horror movie after horror movie of her powers being the bad guy. She’d rather be selective.

“once you meet her while she’s sober, she’ll guess, most likely. i’m pretty sure she knows i have a sister, just not any details.” aaron laughed out loud for a second, always amused by immaturity. “what can i say? i’m incredibly charming.” he wished his sister could be the same way, come out of her shell a little bit.
