"Hello? Anybody here?" Bonnie questioned opening the squeaky door to her new apartment building. She posted a "Roommate Needed!" sign on the bulletin  board near the front desk. "Maybe I can get a roommate this way I'm not lonely forever." Bonnie said quietly to herself as she walked with all her boxes and suitcases to the elevator.

She laughed, “There both out on a meeting,” she sighed. Which was actually true. Her mom had finally been able to drag dad out for one of his oh-so-rare appearances.
