"S'pecially not now with me makin' a comeback. I didn't miss too much fun while I was away, did I?"

"Laid low for a bit, but I figured I shouldn't put off my grand reappearance any longer in case people start forgettin' me."

"I don’t blame ya. The MoI has become quite the Ghost Town. It definitely lacked that goofy face of yours." Niner grinned, crossing her arms against her chest and adopting a rather relaxed stance.

"Hey, just having you around is fun enough. You’re great company, you know."

Aw, well, don't worry - his goofy face is back now. He said as much at the same time as he moved to knock a friendly hand against her shoulder. "Well, now I'm gonna be around quite a bit more. Soon enough you'll get sick o' me and wish I was out again."

Though, really, it was awesome to hear that him simply being around was enjoyable. The grin remained on York's lips as he returned the sentiment; "You're pretty great to have 'round yourself, y'know. S'not often I run into someone who can put up with me for long periods of time, so. Really. Glad I know you, Niner." Normally York didn't get all sentimental, but... in a job where you could be gone in the morning, it was sometimes wise to say what you felt before you lost your chance.

"Your brother? Maybe. He owes me a favor or six. My boyfriend? Possibly. He tends to fall asleep halfway through, though."

"Not much happens around here anymore, so I’d say bored out of my mind."

A goofy grin settled on York's lips, and he gave a nod while absently scratching at the back of his neck. "Bingo. Figured we could get away for a bit, just have some time to ourselves."

"Aw, well - no worries. I'm back, and I'd like to think I bring some fun 'round with me. I'll try and distract you from anything boring, if I can."

"Hey dork, has Carolina agreed to go to the movies with you yet?"

"Nah - no one I asked has, though. It’s a shame, really, cause all the coolest movies are comin’ out."
