The explorer within Fandral craved a lungful of fresh air; he didn’t mind the city, but noticed that the atmosphere was incredibly polluted in comparison to some of the locations he had visited in the past, and was a far cry from the pure and invigorating air of Asgard. So far, the clearest of locations he had found was Central Park; the abundance of trees caused for him to relax despite the growing chill of the frost which settled on the crisp grass. Much of his time was spent wandering the park with his head held high, taking in the sights of young couples with their children and individuals who were courageous enough to brave the cold to jog in the small and constricting clothes.
Of course he received a fair amount of attention from the opposite gender, and even some from the same as he walked through with a natural smile curled upon his lips; he was simply happy to be outside of the apartment somewhere green, with the opportunity to test his new bought clothes out in public. They seemed to keep him warm, and seeing a few other men dressed in a similar fashion gave him the sense of blending in, which he had anticipated. Hearing a familiar voice from behind, Fandral turned towards it and was met with the dark locks of one of the friendly women he had met in recent times. With his hands stuffed into his pockets, he approached her with a welcoming smile. “Lady Ricci, so good to see you.” Looking down the remnants of the hotdog in her hand he laughed, “I take it you are here for the fine cuisine?”
She grinned. "You kidding? Of course I am. Don't get me wrong, fancy restaurants are nice and all, but when it really comes down to it, it's the street vendors that I crave most often. Which may also have something to do with the fact that I've never actually been to a fancy restaurant..." She waved her hand dismissively finishing the rest of the dog quickly before speaking again. "That's neither here nor there, though."
She shoved her hands in her pockets, the chill starting to nip at them. "So, you look nice. You blend in pretty well," she said with a smile. "What brings you to the park."
