buying a pacifier can be such an exciting time for a little bee 🐝･ﾟ !! - but what do you do when you finally recieve it + need to take care of it ?? ♡

what is is paci care + why is it important??

paci care is the action of taking care of a pacifier/binkie !! ♡

+ it's important because paci's can get dirty really easily - and we don't want to get sick !! + we also want our paci's to last as long as possible ♡

decorated + plain paci's.

there are mainly two types of paci's you can find, decorated + plain pacifiers !! ♡

plain pacifiers are pacifier's in their simpliest form ! - they may consist of one or more colours, but they won't have any accessories attatched.

decorated pacifier's will have decorations attached, whether it be charms or stickers - they're usually themed ♡

here are some examples of the two ♡

basic paci care !

⊹ when you obtain your pacifer, it should be cleaned and sterilized - but as a procaution, make sure to clean it well before use.

⊹ make a little bowl of warm soapy water and clean the teet of the pacifier thoroughly with a rag or a wash cloth - baby + pacifier wipes can also be used

⊹ then rince the teet with water to get rid of that soapy taste + leave to dry (you can pat dry too)

⊹ when not in use - leave in a box to help preserve the pacifier's condition ♡.

⊹ for decorated paci's - if you want to steralise the outer area and handle, you can use a ear q tip to gently clean around the beads + charms.

remember they don't last forever + that's okay !! - when one breaks, it gives you the opportunity to create memories with a new one ♡
