I’ve been meaning to draw some Xhorhasian clothing and then…… I had too much fun ♥

Also -  I am so upset that we’ve been denied the flirtatious warfare between these two it would have been G L O R I O U S

So - thoughts on the designs! Much of this was inspired by Turkish/Eastern European Folk Clothing. My thoughts were that, as the central places of the Krynn Dynasty are shrouded by night, it’s probably pretty cold. So, LAYERS, BABEY! 

 As such, color is probably popular but muted, present, but reserved for patterns and embellishment. The environment has been described as relatively rocky, so heavy boots are important here.

The Nein spent a pretty penny getting “fancy clothes,” so I tried to emphasize the richness of the fabrics and attention to pattern/embroidery work. Lots of colored thread added to otherwise simple cuts. Idk if any of this is accurate to Matt’s ideas but I had a lot of fun!
