so proud of myself. 48 hours & 30 minutes (so i could make it past midnight. ended my fast with a turkey sandwich, a green apple, & peanut butter. total calories 523. i’m feeling extremely full! gonna do another 24 hour fast, and probably eat the same thing tomorrow.

i’m pretty proud of myself. been having a hard time fasting past the 24 hour mark… took a couple days but i am about 45 hours in right now. my weight dropped more than a pound overnight! exciting. i’ve officially lost almost 15 pounds in a month. 50 more to go…

it happened while i wasn't paying attention, but over the past 15-ish years, people have pretty much entirely stopped putting bumper stickers on their cars. i pretty much never see them anymore, and when i do, it's a magnet with the acronym for a beach they visited, or a small decal of whatever university they/one of their kids went to. gone are the days of those big, brightly colored rectangles that say something like "BITCH ON BOARD" in boldface font.
