Two events from the last 24 hours intertwined:

1) I listened to Lover for the first time

2) My neighbours threw a surprise wedding in their backyard

Both have made me cry.

Both have made me consider love and commitment.

Both have brought me unexpected joy and inspiration.

@taylorswift has been my soundtrack to these beautiful nuptials and what a gift it has been. I have been hiding in my house, stealing glances of the festivities and feeling lucky I have been given access to something unbelievably precious and pure. Lover has made me feel the same way. I’ve been shown all different types of love and it has been beautifully placed in front of me to consider, admire and learn from.
