so like jasper didn’t die in my canon on this blog as u all know , so i’m gonna meta what happened to fill in gaps !!

after jasper saw riley die of an overdose i REFUSE to believe he thought it was fun way to go - even if his brain was on drugs . in fact it made it worse and jasper’s survival instincts kicked in making him have a bad trip . he became paranoid and scrambled for a solution to undo the time he’d lost trying to erase what he was feeling . when monty had the suit and prepped the truck made it calmed jasper a bit knowing there was a way out that didn’t involve people dying . jasper left with monty and tried to get people to go with him however time was scarce and the remaing people were stubborn . therefore , he had to leave them . however , when going to the island to rescue raven he was prepared to stay behind so that everyone else had a chance and so no more blood and guilt will be on his hands and embedded in his brain. when clarke didn’t return , jasper assumed her place on the rocket through the convincing of his worth from monty , bellamy , and raven . he’s now back on the ark with bell , raven , monty , echo , harper , murphy , and emori y’know trying to overcome his ptsd trying to get better bc jasper isn’t a quitter he’s a fighter :)
