Why, hello there again, folks. After finally finishing Heart Attack, I thought I'd dive into my second fansubbing project. Problem is, I'm completely torn on what to tackle next, so I figured, why not let you guys make the call? Let's settle this with a poll!

I've put together a list of three dramas that caught my eye that (I think) haven't been fansubbed yet. The popular stuff usually gets snapped up by other fansubbers or ends up on NETFLIX before I can even open up Aegisub lol, so I went with these. Whichever drama gets the most votes will be my next project. (Unless someone else beats me to it, or NETFLIX swoops in. In that case, I'll just slink down the list to the next most voted choice.)

I might make another poll and tackle them in the future. I'm pretty much open to subbing anything, and the drama doesn't have to have Japanese close captions for me to do it. Maybe not period dramas or asadoras tho, lol. For now, I just like to practice my Japanese this way. Anyway, Happy voting!

💖 Honestly, you deserve so much credit for subbing Heart Attack! The fact that you did it all just by hearing is absolutely mind-blowing — that’s such a rare skill and shows incredible dedication. Every line feels so natural and perfectly timed, like you’ve captured not just the words but the feeling behind them. Subbing by ear takes patience, sharp listening, and a lot of love for the work, and you clearly poured your heart into this. Heart Attack (2025) Eng Subs [08/08]

Hello, everyone, I've decided to officially pick up this drama for English subs. I will be posting the subs here via MEGA link. I have to do this drama without any Japanese subs so sorry if I mess up anywhere. I hope you enjoy. This is my first fansub so I welcome feedback and I can fix anything if people point it out. Subs are timed to the 1080p WEBDL from Avistaz. I'm also putting out hardsubbed versions for people that don't have an account there.

Intro post / General info

Hey everyone, figured I should make a little intro about me and what I'm doing here.

I'm Agustin Siller. I've been studying Japanese for about 5 years now, and I'm a big fan of Japanese music and dramas. This is actually my very first fansub project, so please forgive any mistakes you spot, but like the Japanese say, ganbarimasu! Also, sorry in advance for any grammar mistakes. English isn't my first language (Spanish is). At first, I thought about subbing in Spanish, but I decided on English so that more people can watch. My first project is the drama Heart Attack (2025). I got the RAWs from Avistaz, a torrent site (you need to be registered to access it, sadly). Since that's the only version I have, my subs will only sync with that release, not with others. If anyone wants to do a resync or a retranslation, please feel free, you don't need to ask or credit me. I'll be posting the softsubs here only, through MEGA links. Once Heart Attack is finished, I might also upload them to Avistaz since they already have the RAWs I'm using, that is if I don't forget. You can reupload, and retranslate my subs however you like, I'm not into gatekeeping, so go wild, lol.

For now, I won't be taking requests or picking up any other dramas. Heart Attack is my only focus. Since it doesn't come with Japanese subtitles, I'm translating and timing everything manually, which takes a lot of time. I don't have an ETA, so I'd really appreciate not being rushed. If everything goes well, I might sub more dramas in the future, or this could end up being my only project if I end up not liking the experience. We'll see, this is gonna be quite an experiment for me!
