“ballet isn’t a sport”
The thing about this is, you can barely see their muscles straining from effort. The effort to keep each other and themselves balanced, definitely, but that guy’s hand is barely shaking. The amount of training and strength and balance to go into this is fucking insane.
Ballet is raw AF
My Generation Will End Abortion.
Today, I stood with my school, my Church, and the unborn in the Walk for Life West Coast (http://www.walkforlifewc.com/).
On average, about 1 million lives are lost every year to abortion. Today, in San Francisco, California, thousands of men and women marched to voice their view that that number should be 0. Thank you to pro-life people everywhere who make a commitment to life.
After posting a picture on Instagram, I got some criticism from my liberal friends, which I expected, but it just reminds me of Matthew 5:11:
“Blessed are you when others revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account.”
You can see the post here: https://www.instagram.com/p/BA5hkGfjawu/
Remember to pray for those who disagree with you, to love your enemies, and to keep fighting for a world where all of God’s children get a chance at life (and that means providing care and resources for mothers too!).
On average, 68,000 people will die every year from unsafe abortion. 5 million will be left with long term health problems.
If somehow successful, “your generation” will not end abortion. Not even close. You will simultaneously spike unsafe abortion rates and maternal mortality rates.
If you really, truly wanted to help reduce abortion rates (it is not possible to end the need for abortion entirely) you would not be petitioning to restrict or ban abortion anywhere. You would not only be doing the exact opposite and protesting to make reproductive healthcare services as accessible as possible, you would also be protesting to make comprehensive sex education the norm in every person’s life. You would be spending your time and money to make sure everyone had affordable access to contraception instead of spending them both at walks for “life.”
Taking away the right to have an abortion does not benefit any cause that claims to care about life. You don’t save lives by taking one of the safest medical procedures we have today and turning it into something illegal and unsafe.
“My generation with endanger the lives of pregnant people, possibly resulting in their deaths or serious health problems”.
I fixed it for you. That’s all you are doing. You are brave, you are a coward for attempting to ban a medical procedure that is very much needed. Get a life, a hobby that isn’t harassing innocent people.

You CANNOT be anti-choice and feminist! Reproductive rights are one of the basic core keys in the movement. Being anti choice and feminist is like joining Green Peace and hating whales or being veggie and eating meat. How can you claim to fight for women to have equals rights to men and yet at the same time fight to take away their most basic HUMAN right? The right to bodily autonomy that even CORPSES have? Oh yeah that's right you can't! That's 4 u Chillfem and ur gross buddies.
When you’re willing to give everyone but pregnant people (not all of whom are women) the right to bodily autonomy, you cannot claim to be for equality. When you’re okay with giving fetuses the right to overrule a denial of consent when no one else in the world is given that privilege regardless of relationship or reason of need, you cannot claim to be for equality. Anti-choice feminism is an oxymoron.-V

The whole ‘pro-choice’ movement seems to be based on a thirst for blood rather than any reasoning or evidence.
No matter what they will seem to come up with any irrational excuse they can to kill.
”… rather than any reasoning or evidence”
wow. okay, um, I guess the following could just be “speculation”
There is no scientific consensus as to when human life begins. It is a matter of philosophic opinion or religious belief. Human life is a continuum—sperm and eggs are also alive, and represent potential human beings, but virtually all sperm and eggs are wasted. Also, two-thirds of human conceptions are spontaneously aborted by nature.
I’m probably not going to convince you that a fetus isn’t a life, as that’s basically the most intractable part of this whole debate, so I’ll be brief:
A fetus can’t survive on its own. It is fully dependent on its mother’s body, unlike born human beings.
Even if a fetus was alive, the “right to life” doesn’t imply a right to use somebody else’s body. People have the right to refuse to donate their organs, for example, even if doing so would save somebody else’s life.
The “right to life” also doesn’t imply a right to live by threatening somebody else’s life. Bearing children is always a threat the life of the mother (see below).
A “right to life” is, at the end of the day, a right to not have somebody else’s will imposed upon your body. Do pregnant people not have this right as well?
“But, adoption!!!”
This implies that the only reason a pregnant person would want to get an abortion is to avoid raising a child, and that isn’t the case. Depending on the circumstances, the mere act of having a child in a hospital can cost between $3,000 and $37,000 in the United States. Giving birth is dangerous, too: In the United States, pregnancy complications are the sixth most common cause of death for women between the ages of 20 and 34. (note: this says women because the statistics refer solely to cis women)
Even before birth, there are costs to pregnancy. In addition to the whole “carrying another human being around in your stomach for nine months” thing, many pregnant people, particularly teens, are shunned and shamed for their pregnancies — not only by friends, families, employers, and classmates, but also by advertisements in the subway. There’s also the risk of violent retribution from abusive partners and parents.
In short, there are a lot of reasons a pregnant person might seek an abortion. Adoption doesn’t address all of them.
The US Supreme Court has declared abortion to be a “fundamental right” guaranteed by the US Constitution. The landmark abortion case Roe v. Wade, decided on Jan. 22, 1973 in favor of abortion rights, remains the law of the land. The 7-2 decision stated that the Constitution gives “a guarantee of certain areas or zones of privacy,” and that “This right of privacy… is broad enough to encompass a woman’s decision whether or not to terminate her pregnancy.”
so, yeah. no reason or proof or whatever. just. a thirst for blood.
I love it when people who are unwilling to read pro-choice arguments are against them anyways. Yep. Just a blood lust. Forget that being pro-choice also encompasses being pro-parenting and pro-adoption. Just a thirst for blood. That’s all that makes us pro-abortion. -V

Does your boyfriend know you murdered his son?
He doesn’t have a son so, no one was killed.
-Allie
Alliecat and I have had no kittens, so no one has gotten killed. If you are referring to her abortion, I am well aware of that. I paid for it and was there when she had it. I was and always be supportive of her decision.
Be concerned about the neglected and abused children in foster care, be concerned with the thousands of children waiting to be adopted, do not be concerned with a random person’s abortion.
I like how they gendered it aswell, how does anon know it would have been a boy? This anon’s reaching x
That’s what I’m saying…Like, I didn’t even know the sex never mind a complete stranger on the Internet.

I'm pro-choice and my friend is pro-life. She had very conservative parents. She believes that the only reason abortion should be an option is if they were raped. Do you have anything I could use to show her that that should not be the only reason? She says, and I quote "if they are having a fun night and their condom breaks, or they don't use protection, it's their fault and they should deal with the consequences." (Consequences meaning pregnancy). Thanks.
But someone’s condom breaking is out of their control? And consent to sex is not consent to getting pregnant. That would also mean consent driving is consent to crashing or consent to swimming is consent to drowning. She can’t cherry pick what she finds appropriate.
Also, her reasonings are ridiculous because lots of shit happen every day that people still get treatment for even though they participated in an activity. For example, if someone willingly takes drugs and overdoses, should they be denied treatment? People that drinking and get alcohol poisoning? Suicide attempts? People that smoke and get cancer? I could go on. Should they be denied treatment or “face the consequences” (including possible death) because they willingly chose to do it? Of course not and neither should pregnant people. Abortion is a responsible decision and it’s not of her concerns what other people do.
But just keep in mind that you could tell her all of this and more and she could still choose to side with her ignorance.

While everyone has their own personal opinion, I don't really voice mine very often on this topic because of the fact that it's so emotional. Seeing this has sincerely upset me, and my heart is broken. I'm sad to live in Indiana today, when rights to my own body and what condition it's put in have just been taken away. I am 110% pro choice. Pregnancy shouldn't ever be forced on any woman, for ANY reason-whether you think it's a valid reason or not. I would also like to clarify that I am pro-life. But not in the way most people see the term..people who are actually only pro-birth: People who will not adopt. People who cut federal funding to low income families, want to take away Medicaid etc. people who do not want to help make an education affordable for all. People who oppose gay rights. People who oppose sexual education, birth control, equal pay, and a woman's right to choose what happens to her own body. People who support the death penalty. People who believe this is a Christian nation and that we have no room for people of other religions. People who believe the lives of people who are not Caucasian don't matter. If you will not fight for that babys rights-whether you agree or not-then you're not very pro life. Never take someone else's rights away.

TO SAVE A LIFE
If your nude photos are posted online without your permission, Microsoft and Google want to know.
For years, most victims of revenge porn — people who have had their nude photos shared online without permission — basically couldn’t do anything about it.
According to one study, over 50% of all adults engage in sexting, and 70% admit to having received a nude photo online or over the phone.
And yet, despite the fact that we all (or at least more than half of us) do it, there’s still this weird, persistent, harmful notion that if your naked pictures get leaked or shared maliciously by an ex online, it’s your fault for taking them in the first place.
It’s completely backward, but sadly, the law seems to at least kind of agree.
As of September 2014, New Republic found, putting someone else’s illicit photos online without their consent was illegal in just 16 states, though laws have been proposed in more states. Not only is it typically impossible to prosecute the perpetrator, they note, it’s impossible to legally compel websites to take the images taken down most of the time.
But thankfully, Microsoft and Google — which operate two of the biggest search engines on the web — don’t think it’s your fault. And they’re finally saying “Enough is enough.”
Here’s how to report a non-consensual image posting on Bing.
And here’s how to do it on Google.
