So we all know the trope where like- a character gets taken or falls into some unknown place and another character tries to go after them but the sensible one holds them back and tells them “you’d only end up taken too”

But I want it where the sensible one gets taken and the other two are just dumb and determined enough to go right after them, despite the risk.

And the sensible one is watching this and thinking “don’t follow me, it’s too dangerous, I’m not worth it” but they do it anyways cuz they just care about the sensible one so much

But if someone tells you “oh yea they just had a falling out with their friend” that shit gets treated like someone DIED or something like it is so much more of a serious situation

So you know the whole thing where parents are like “we need to clean the whole fucking house” when you just have a friend coming over for an hour and you don’t really care?

Yeah so I think I’ve figured out why that’s primarily a “wow I had a mildly shitty childhood” thing

So- like for the most kids their rooms are their domains. It’s a representation of how they live. For parents I think it’s like- well it’s just the whole fucking house. The whole house is their domain and the representation of how they live, and in most scenarios it’s something they’re embarrassed by.

And for us folks who are in our rooms all day maybe we wouldn’t care because we know that’s not how we live, so why should we care?

Maybe this was all already obvious and I’m just spewing shit here but idk just a thought

I have this “jokester” type teacher who if you leave your pencil case on ur desk, he’ll take all the stuff out, flip the case inside out, put the stuff back in, and then zip it up inside out.

Anyways I like having my pencil case on my desk, and I think it’s the stupidest thing ever so I just started putting my tampons in there to make him stop.

My school solved the “students writing on desks” problem by getting desks that whiteboard markers worked on, and I think that’s kinda cool. Only good decision they’ve ever made.

Ya know there’s something so freeing about texting rp just because there’s no pressure to be grammatically correct.

Like you can put *sigh* anywhere and not have to worry about having to write down “she sighed” and it’s kind of nice??? Not to mention I’ve done some of my nicest writing over rp, no joke.
