النهردة كنا بنتناقش علي القهوة في أهمية إن الواحد يكتب يومياته وهل لما يكبر هيحب يقراها ويفتكرها ولا هيكمل في انه يكتب يومياته لحاد ما يموت ودي تبقي إرث مثلاً شخص تاني هيبقي الوحيد اللي هيقوله علي اليوميات دي ، انا شايف ان المشاعر حاجة مهمة انك توثقها ، توثق احساسك في كل موقف بيعدي عليك في يومك ، افكارك اللي بتعصف بدماغك دي لما بتحطها في كتاب صغير بترتاح شوية ، كتابة اللي انت بتمر بيه في حد ذاتها بتديك فرصة إنك تفكر في حالتك ، زي ما بتفكر هتكتب حالتك  ازاي بتفكر انت ازاي تقدر تعدي منها ومش بيفيض بيك الحال إلا وانت بتكتب كلمة معرفش في يومياتك ، أنا شخصياً كل ما بكبر كل ما بنسي تفاصيل كتير كنت بمر بيها زمان ومش هبقي حابب اتحط في موقف لما حد يقولي فاكر الموقف الفلاني وأقوله لأ ، انا رغم اني شايف النسيان في حالاتي حاجة كويسة إلا أنه اوقات كتير بيضايقني لما اكون مش فاكر ذكري لطيفة او موقف مضحك حصل مع اللي بحبهم ، كونك بتوثق اللحظات اللي بتمر بيها في حياتك بيديك نوع من انواع الكونترول علي ذاكرتك ، بقي في إيدك اوبشن انك تفتكر موقف ما او شخص ما او تفضل ناسيه ، ورغم ان الذاكرة خداعة في بعض الأوقات إلا ان هيبقي في ايدك انت تروضها بنفس اسلوبها معاك ، كل اللي عليك تعمله انك تقلب كام صفحة وخلاص وتقري حاجة انت بتحبها ، السيء في الموضوع هي لما تبقي نص يومياتك شيء بائس او حاجة مفيهاش أي متعة أو أداة جديدة ممكن في المستقبل تزود اكتئابك ، يمكن عشان كدة مبقتش اكتب يوميات بشكل منتظم ، الفضفضة بتريّح آه بس المضمون أحياناً لما يخوف بيبقي إثبات قدام عينك ان حياتك تدعو للأسف والبؤس
