Got into the biggest fight with my boyfriend because I looked in the mirror and had a panic attack over how i looked and he didn't understand. All i wanted was to scream and he wanted to get lunch. We didn't talk for hours and i regret letting this get between me and him but I can't make it go away.

Something that really motivates me

What you HAVE to remember is that once you are there, your perfect body that’s all anyone will see. They won’t see that six months ago you got called ‘fat’, they won’t know how long it took you to get there, how many times you binged or cried or screamed because you were just so unhappy with your weight. When people see you in the street all they will see is a success story, a perfect being.
