I think one of my favorite feelings is laughing with someone and realizing half way through how much you enjoy them and their existence.

In one quote, this 10-year-old nailed what’s wrong with police brutality
Taye Montgomery, the 10-year-old boy allegedly Maced in the face by a police officer while peacefully protesting with his mother on Wednesday evening in Minneapolis, had a powerful response when he spoke to reporters on Thursday.
My heart just broke! 😢
“At least I got maced and not shot”…. I can’t…
…out of the mouths of babes…
omg she is so adorable
but if you walk the footsteps of a stranger, you’ll learn things you never knew you never knew.
There is nowhere safe in America. You can’t go to a concert, ride the bus, parents can’t send there children to school, you can’t walk down the street or go to church. My heart hurts, I’m tired. People always ask why teenagers/millenials can handle tragedy so well, and it’s because we grew up with it. We grew up with people and our government not caring. We held rallies, we protested, we begged, and it’s never enough. Is your gun more important than us? Than your children? Than your parents? Than your friends, and their friends, and their family, and their family’s family? How many more people? To all those who lost someone in today’s shooting, find comfort in that we are our own future. No matter how bad it gets, no matter what they do and don’t do, we will be running the show one day. Until the end, keep having faith.
