It was my first time to see a legit beach in England haha 😂✌🏻 I said legit because, for my two years here, I only witnessed a man-made beach in Nottingham’s Old Market Square every Summer season 😂 I live in The Midlands of this country; hence, the beaches are quite far to go to on a regular basis. Unlike in the Philippines, you can go to a beach for 30 min or less wherever town you are located 😂 This trip was one of the abrupt Sunday family travels we’ve had. You know, when you’re having a good breakfast in the morning and one member would insist for a quick out of town drive hahaha!😂 so, TADAAA! We found ourselves then stepping on a sandy beach side, eating Fish&Chips and ice cream, playing in the Casino and racing a Kart in Skegness 😍 Yet, no regrets tho. It’s always nice and refreshing to be in a new place and experience new things 😌 Btw, pardon my inappropriate outfit for this trip. I wasn’t fully reoriented of where we were going this morning. I even rode a Kart for a race today whilst wearing a skirt! Oh dear 🙈 Hahaha 🤦🏻‍♀️

I cannot wait for the day where I can ride a random bus again and go somewhere I have never been. Last year, I made 10 flights to familiar and unfamiliar places all by myself. Well, it was a record breaking for me even if it was mostly for business but I truly had the best opportunity to visit some places and explore it to the best that I can. It was also that time where my #aineexpeditions hashtag was born. Haha! Feelingera lang pero it is actually the quickest way to track and reminisce the “travel” photos I have 🙈I hope I can give myself another chance to be in another place here without getting anxious or freaking out because it is totally different when you are in another country with no one to rely on but only yourself 😂🙈 Someday, Ainee. All I maybe need is just a little faith and courage. 💪🏻😅

So, I have been thinking quite a lot lately. Maybe because I am procrastinating too much considering I am on a holiday leave this week. Thus, the throwback photos and sentimental captions I have been posting 🙈 Right now, I feel like uploading another one just to share some of my thoughts to everyone. I believe we are all walking our own paths towards our goals. Some think it would be rough, yet there are people who feel otherwise. Perhaps they are all facing the sky with mouths wide open when it rained positivity and determination. Do not get me wrong though. I truly admire people that got so much confidence and willpower in themselves. What I am trying to say is, regardless of the mindset we all have about our paths, we still choose to walk it anyway. Some even run and jump to conquer it. After all, most of us live in the common saying about life “there is no easy way out.” I still feel that we get to choose the road we take. May it be the less travelled or the way where everyone is going too. Everything boils down to which way we are willing to walk barefoot, jump high and run fast until our legs feel numb. We may doubt our capacity along the way, but truth be told, we are the most intelligent species this world has ever got. Hence, we got no reason why we could not do it. Even Desmond Doss (from Hacksaw Ridge) conquered the wrath of many Japanese men to save all injured soldiers during the WWII. I recommend you to watch it btw. Great movie!👍🏻

My photo, on the other hand, says I am tired, unmotivated and worried. Yet, I have my make up on and my eyebrows are on fleek. Who says I cannot make it? Not me.🙈🙈🦄🌈

Throwback to the greatest stones that left humanity in a lot of wonders. I took this photo about 2 years ago now. My Dad asked me before, “why are you going there? (talking about the Stonehenge) Why travel so far just to see a big pile of stones?” Tbh, I really did not know. I felt that time I just wanted to go. I thought that maybe after many years I can say to myself that I have been there, and I saw it with my own eyes.😍 First, the entrance fee was one hell of an expensive thing! Secondly, we had to travel by bus from the entry point going to the Stonehenge itself. Not to mention, the 3 hours travel we had from our place to this side of the town 🤦🏻‍♀️ When we got there, we walked a little bit further and voila! Of course, everybody was queuing and jumping for joy whilst taking photos in every sides and angles of this big pile of STONES. But then that’s it! There was nowhere to go and nothing to see other than this. The question here now is, “was it worth it? Like going through all the hustles and bustles only to see and take photos of the world’s known heritage site in the UK?” Ugh. DEFINITELY!😂💕 It is quite a funny thought though but because these immovable stones bring the amazing stories of world’s significant evolution for millions of years. Hence, now I know the answer to my Dad’s skeptic mind and that is, the opportunity to witness the Stonehenge is once in a lifetime moment and a great honour that will forever be a part of my story in this universe. I can at least say to my future self that I have conquered, and I have seen. 🙈🦄💕
