#2019 mood
2019 solution to being happy: Take a trip to a new place once a month.
The human heart stripped of fat and muscle, with just the angel veins exposed.
It’s like an upside Forrest that I want to explore.
A.
Peacefully wild.
Leaving paw prints in the sands of time
just here to remind you that it’s okay to be fucking up
no one know’s what the fuck is going on
don’t take all of it too serious
in the end shit’s gonna be alright
9:45 PM feat. A Little Pest
It’s 9:45 PM, and the rain just stopped. It’s dewy, humid and dark. I can hear the mosquitoes buzzing behind me looking for a way to attack without getting smacked. OFF! I wave a few off with my right hand and check my watch again with my left. It’s now 9:50 PM.
Stupid mosquito. Such a little pest.
Over the muffled buzzing, I can hear the drips of standing water fall off the gutters into the newly cut shrubs. I can see the water fall from the leaves down through the branches and collect into a small pool of water that will first serve as a mosquitoes nesting ground before being sucked into the soil by the shrubs roots. I can already smell the air at 6:15 PM tomorrow after my neighborhood stops buzzing with cranking noises like it’s a lawn mowing convention.
SLAP! Got the little pest. (Disclaimer: Visual Imagery helps)
[how’s that for scenery illustration?]
