Hello beautiful followers! I know we have been on hiatus since forever, but we are going to be doing a time jump to present time. And we are still catching up on quick posts (haha, pun intended) for the rest of the weeks of Quickâs DWTS season. So enjoy the spam!

Well Iâve seen some impressive stuff in you learning my choreography, but beyond that Iâm afraid you just have the moves of a wounded chicken. But go ahead. Right. Of course, yeah. You mean, me getting better each week and somehow impressing you with my skills? Sounds about right. A wounded chicken? Doesnât that just mean I walk into things and fall over not fall over himself! Hey, I got some pretty rad dance moves!

Why do you think weâre in rehearsals then? Hmm? So we can learn how to make this dance work and perfect the choreography I come up with. If youâre doing it wrong though, I am going to point it out to you and tell you not to do it wrong and show you the proper way to do it. You did do a lift with me last show. I donât trust just anyone to lift me, so that should say something. I only trust a very few fellow pros to lift me, and of course you now since I had you do it. Fine. Show me then. Show me what you can do, Puck.

Well I know that I will do it right anyways considering Iâm the actual dancer here. I still need to teach you to do this dance right, and with me as your partner you will do it right. So donât go preaching me about knowing that we have to do this right and about trusting you. I do trust you in your dancing abilities thus far. You may do some questionable things sometimes, but I still trust youâll do it to your best abilities. Iâm not in denial, idiot. No. I wonât calm down until you have this learned and can do it perfectly.
I never said you wonât do it right. Iâm just saying we need to think about making it work instead of you telling me not to do it wrong. See what I mean? Yes, I know Iâll do it right. Iâm not preaching. Do you trust me? Weâve been doing this for how many weeks now, and we never talked about it. So Iâm just bringing it up. My best abilities? Ouch. Yeah, I know weâve been doing good, but honestly from here on out if we even have one bad dance or just a bad night in general we could definitely be facing elimination. Iâm your teacher though. I have to yell at you when you do something wrong. What? No, Iâm definitely not. Fine. Alright, so weâre going to start the dance off where we walk towards each other. When we come together weâll get into hold and weâll basically be taking a couple steps and as we do so, my right arm and your left will be extended towards your head. From there youâre going to twirl me around and with your right hand still on my hip, weâll extend our left arms out and Iâll twirl around again so weâll be back in hold. Got it?
Well, then letâs get it in our heads that we can do this right. Thereâs no room for doubt here. You canât doubt yourself when you want to win. Or your partner. So, you, me, weâve got this, aâight? The same goes in the military during missions. And trust. Yeah, yeah, I know. Uhuh. Right. Okay, Iâm just going to leave it there because youâre definitely in denial but we can talk about it another time. So just kind of like this and then I stand here. See? Piece of cake. Quinn? Weâve got this. Just calm down.

Mmm. Right. You have been keeping up, but Iâm going to be teaching you two dances a week now from here on out. The rest of the competition isnât going to be easy with the cast dwindling down. Puck, weâve had how many dances now in hold? You should know what it means by now. And yes, I will chew your head off if youâre holding me wrong because the judges can and will deduct points for it.
Oh I can handle it. Trust me. Well, weâve made it this far, and as a team you and I have been doing pretty good, so. Yes, but Iâm just saying. You always want to bite my head off. If I didnât know better, Iâd say you were attracted to me always wanting to get your mouth on me. Fine, fine, letâs practice them. Persistent woman.

Right. Well that could be true, but Iâm not meddling into my cousinâs love life again. Alright. So weâre on the same page. Right. Well lucky for you, the tango isnât too difficult of a dance to learn. Weâll be in hold the majority of it.

Hey! One of them happens to be my cousin, you neanderthal. As for your question, as far as Iâm aware theyâre not. Weâre here to focus on winning, so Iâd appreciate it if your focus was on it too because after this show we have a weekâs hiatus due to the playoffs and itâs going to give us two weeks instead of one to prepare for our viewerâs choice dance for immunity. So far according to the producers weâll be dancing the Paso Doble, but weâll know for sure after the next show. Now, our song for this week isnât exactly the most ideal for a tango, but Iâm making it work with the choreography.
Hey! Iâm not hating on them, sweetheart. Iâm just stating the obvious. Everyone knows theyâre into each other. I am focused. So weâre going to rock it this week and then weâll practice our asses off even more and weâll win. Easy. Okay... then letâs do what we always do. You teach me the basic steps so we can put it to the actual music when we find out. Easy.

Okay, fine. Youâre not bossy. We should get to work on our dances though. We have two again this week. Our first is our individual dance and weâre dancing the tango to James Bayâs Hold Back the River and James is going to be here to sing live while we dance. Our second is our team dance. As you know, weâve been grouped up with Blaine & Emma, Kurt & Britt and Finn & Lindsay, while Mercedes & Derek, Santana & Alan, Tina & Mike and Rachel & Sasha are grouped up. Weâll be dancing to a James Brown medley.
Umm... Okay. So weâre paired up with two boys who are basically eyefucking each other every time theyâre in the same room? This should be fun. Have they actually gotten together yet? Iâll follow your lead, princess.

Well, there was also the part where we were dancing and I believe we started making out. So we went upstairs and got naked. Then in the morning I asked you if you were okay and you ran off to the bathroom. We nursed off our hangover and didnât say much after that.

This may be my job, but I do love it and if the pro gets injured, sick, etc. they can definitely send in another pro to rehearse with their partner. What? No, you didnât. Itâs not a big deal, Puck. I was a virgin up until that night, but itâs fine. I agreed to it and nothingâs wrong.
Well, wouldnât have been polite to return someoneâs call? Right... okay, well, at least I know that now. But youâre not sick, so thatâs not even the point. The point is that you were avoiding me. Quinn. Youâre kidding, right? You... Holy shit. We were drunk. I would never take advantage of a woman like that, I hope you know that... but you were kind of begging for me.

âWelcome to Hometown Glory week on Dancing with the Stars!â Tom announced as the intro clip played showing the remaining celebrities and their respective hometowns. âTonight is a special three-hour long episode where each couple will perform two dances - One to represent the starâs hometown and one to represent the professional dancerâs hometown, and at the end of the evening one more couple will be eliminated. Tonight we will be kicking things off with Airman Noah Puckerman and his partner Quinn Fabray as we learn about his hometown of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.â
The two stayed in their place smiling for the camera as it zoomed in on them while everyone else left to go up to the redroom while their package played. âSo for my hometown dance this week I chose the song âDonât Stop Believingâ by Journey,â Puck began. âAnd for our style I decided that Jazz would be the best suited style for the song,â Quinn piped in on the video. âThis week though we only had a few days to really practice our two dances as we went to my hometown over the weekend for my older sisterâs wedding,â Quinn continued.
Next on the package came Puckâs mother. âGrowing up in Philly, my Noah was a good boy. He always helped me in taking care of his little sister. As a family we spent time together going to Eagles football games and getting lunch together beforehand. When Noah was 10 though, his father left us and that left Noah pretty devastated and it was hard on him no longer having a male role model to look up to anymore. At 13 he began drinking and I was worried about him. He was having sex with random girls at school, but then when he entered high school he stopped drinking when he joined the football team and eventually the glee club. I truly believe that they helped saved his life and I got to have my boy back,â she tearfully explained on the package as clips of the two rehearsing played. âThen right out of high school he joined the Air Force and I was so proud of the man he had become,â she continued. âWhen I got the news of what happened when he saved his partnerâs life and that he was going to be on Dancing, I was absolutely overjoyed. This was all just proof of the man he has become and how hard he has worked. I couldnât be prouder of him. Noah, mom loves you. Now you get out there and win that shiny mirror ball trophy!â she exclaimed as the package finished and rolled to black.
After performing their first dance, the two couldnât have been happier with how it went. Now for the judgesâ commentsâŠ
Carrie Annâs comments:Â âWow! What a great way to kick off tonightâs show! I absolutely loved it. However, tonight I felt like your timing was slightly off. I donât know if it was a result of your shortened rehearsal schedule for the week or what, but I did get that sense that you were slightly off. You still have your second dance tonight to redeem yourselves, but it was still a great way to open us for tonight.â Score: 9
Lenâs comments:Â âI have to agree with Carrie Ann. You guys did a great job performing it and selling it to us, but I just got that feeling that you guys were slightly off tonight. Good work though nonetheless.â - Score: 9
Brunoâs comments:Â âI donât know what you two were talking about! I didnât get the sense that you were even off tonight! You guys were great and that lift was like you were lifting up a graceful gazelle! Absolutely stunning!â - Score: 10

Upon the first half of the competition completing, it was time for the pros to celebrate their hometowns, but not before a special half opener of their own to show off their hometowns and childhood photos.
Once again, Quinn and Puck were up first. They stood in their positions once again as their second package rolled. âFor my hometown glory dance I wanted to dance to the song âAmerican Girlâ as covered by The Swon Brothers,â Quinnâs voice carried out. âWeâll be dancing the quickstep. Growing up in Dallas I pretty much lived an All-American lifestyle. Every week my father would take my older sister and I to the Cowboys game at Texas Stadium in Arlington, and we never had to worry about much,â she continued. âMy dad was a lawyer that ran his own firm while my mom stayed home to raise my sister and I, though she did help in teaching Sunday School at our Catholic church. Growing up I took ballet, tap, lyrical, pointe and ballroom dance classes as well as taking part in my high schoolâs National champion cheerleading squad. I absolutely loved growing up in Dallas and I wouldnât trade it for the world,â her voice rung out as more clips of them rehearsing played before it faded to black.
During the performance Puck had a little stumble that he was sure would effect their scores, but only the judges could tellâŠ
Carrie Annâs comments:Â âDANG IT! You guys were doing so great! But then you had that little stumble! I have to knock a point off for that, but otherwise it was another great and solid performance from you, Noah.â - Score: 9
Lenâs comments:Â âYes, aside from the stumble it was a solid performance. But you guys recovered greatly and thatâs what really counts when you make a mistake like that. Well done.â - Score: 9
Brunoâs comments:Â âUrgh! This time I did catch your mistake. But like Len said you handled that well and you recovered nicely. Your patriotism from both of you shone very nicely from your costumes though. But I still have to take a point off for that stumble.â - Score: 9
Total: 27/30
Results: Noah & Quinn fell to 3rd on the leaderboard for the night, and they were announced as safe for the week.
