Knight's Armament vstupuje na airsoftový trh

The Magpul PTS RSVP event that took place last Thursday, January 19th, at SHOT Show 2012, culminated with firearms manufacturer Knight's Armament Company announcing its interest in the airsoft market. The exclusive special event, featuring a dealer and press meet and greet with Magpul PTS, began at 6pm through closed doors in a Harrah's hotel meeting room.

In addition to advocating support for ASF and NSSF, who in turn influence the NRA, Magpul PTS representatives discussed their company's future direction and projects, most notably their PDR AEG.  Upon the event's conclusion, Monty Hom, ambassador for Knight's Armament Company, announced that the firearms manufacturer is interested and willing to give license rights to airsoft manufacturers to build officially trademarked replicas of their products. On top of whole airsoft replicas, Hom explained that Knight's Armament would offer t-shirts, caps, and pouches with the Knight's trademark under their Knight's Gear subsection on the upcoming website KnightsArmco.Airsoft.com. Though supported by Spartan Imports, Hom reassured that Knight's Armament would welcome all airsoft manufacturers, even those outside of Spartan Imports, as potential candidates for airsoft projects; A2D interviews with S.M. Cheng, CEO of ARES, and Marketing Manager Fanky S-L Fu would later confirm ARES as one manufacturer working with Knight's Armament.

To date, the ARES Light Machine Gun, VFC PDW, G&P SR-25, VFC SR-16, VFC SR-15, and ARES M-110 have been made out from the Knight's Armament Arsenal.
