She held up her finger to calm the other woman as she stepped to the side before taking three shots in quick succession. “I just needed to line it up, that’s all.”

The weight of the device in his hand, Gage lulled his head back and fixed his roommate with a quirked brow. “Yea, I know well ‘nough to know that’s shite,” he commented with the shake of his head. Of course they were watching. Wizcorder or not they’d be watching. It was a fate he’d been forced to accept post-Azkaban. “What the fuck is a golden hour?” He asked as he reluctantly brought the device up, half-heartedly setting up the shot.

headcanon 1: aisling’s dad is from northern ireland, (hence, the irish pronunciation of aisling as ash-ling) originally. her mom and dad are divorced, and she grew up mostly with her dad in mainland ireland. her accent’s pretty strong because of this. occasionally, she’d stay with her mum but she detested being there because nobody liked her mom because of her ways.
headcanon 2: aisling was adopted. her parents thought it would reinvigorate their relationship to have a child, but obviously that did not work. she has no interest in finding her birth family; although she is intrigued by the idea of taking an ancestry test to see where she comes from originally.
headcanon 3: she bought herself a pitbull puppy when she turned twenty. his name is boots because he took a shining to her boots when she first bought him in and was constantly sniffing them. he’s a little baby and is very scared of visitors and deeply enjoys sleeping on the small of her back whenever he can.
headcanon 4: aisling exemplifies hufflepuff traits and values in the way she values community. she’s very warm and is loyal to every cause and person she picks up. however she’s also an instigator, in the sense that she believes people should always hash out their drama; her hypocrisy rises in the fact that she avoids conflict herself, and would rather be nice to someone’s face while secretly disliking them or having an issue with them, because she’d rather not disturb the sense of friendship and community she’s fostered with people.
headcanon 5: her wixtube is relatively new as the “site” is new (only four years old), but she’s very popular on it. she has three million followers at the moment. her channel is called aisling chats. she’s had the channel for about 3 and a half years and prouduces content such as makeup reviews and tutorials, craft tutorials and hacks, story-times, occasional collaborations, and q&a’s, as well as “heart to heart” videos that may as well be rants, really. before being a wixtuber, she used to work translating magical texts (as she can speak spanish fluently) but gave up the job the moment her channel began doing well.
