WHAT ARE WE DOING?
"MEMENTO PROJECT" (memento.pj for short) aims to restore and archive as much of the game as possible, ranging from promotional material to the game itself. By posting to a wider audience, we hope to get more coverability, as well as volunteers.
WHY DO IT HERE?
In the most honest of terms, site management is such a hassle! I don't have as much time as I'd like to create and manage an entire site for such a small project, nor do I have the proper resources to do so. Tumblr is somewhere I feel secure and comfortable in, as I'm somewhat familiar with it.
WHAT'S OUR PROGRESS?
Consider checking out the current state of the game restoration project here. If you're interested in helping out with private server development, please join Anime Toshokan, our current base. Updates are slow because this project is voluntary work; therefore, time is limited by conflicting schedules.
Have game material that spans outside of code? Use the ask feature to submit your contributions; I'll expand upon them once they're approved. If your submission is anonymous, consider leaving a username we can trace back to you for proper credit.
FINAL NOTES
Thank you so much for reading this through! Follow this blog if you are interested in private server development updates, seeing archives of the game's media (including its website), and/or are generally interested in showing your support!
P.S. Before getting attached to this game, please keep in mind the time it was made in. The game features problematic fan service, albeit most has been thankfully lost to time. (I say thankfully, not because of purist culture, but because a majority of the NSFW official wallpapers I've seen previews of were morally questionable.) A core part of the game is its "watergun" challenges, which strip layers of clothing (down to their undergarments) to symbolize HP loss. A handful of the characters (both permanent and from collaborations) are from NSFW visual novels.
At aisp.carrd.co, you can find 31 "moe" wallpapers waiting for you! These are authentic pieces from 2008-2011 from the late MMOSG, so you don't have to worry about there being any robotic slop.
Please note that some of these are morally questionable, as was the time... I just like archiving this game; I had no part in making it.
