Evil?

The world is evil (Evil!), and gets around with its head hung low, as if in resignation, and its tail dragged behind, hopelessly, through the heavy dust....

You see, the thing is that kryptonite can have many faces, but for some inexplicable reason most of the times it looks like a dark-eyed brunette

The moments come and go. Suddenly, unexpected. It's like… the world works, charging slowly with lazy, shimmering buzz and suddenly stops and waits when the whole magic slams with frightening roar on its surface, like cascading waterfall, and spreads to the accompaniment of exploding, multicolored sparks.

Can't anybody else see it?

Then it moves again as if nothing happened. But it did! I know it did and with suffocating craving I'm burying myself into piles of stories in hope of catching at least a single glimpse of the phenomenon and survive, until the real one once again descends upon my planet.

Beesly

A short story with philosophical edge:

One day this nice, ordinary person saw Beesly and thought: “Hey!! I’m not so shallow, after all, I’m capable to see true beauty in somebody who feels reachable and human. I even like her better than heroines with puffy lips from live night-television shows. Just imagine that!” But then, years later he saw her again, out of character this time, and realised… she wasn’t average at all. She’s pure 10/10, made look average by dishonest bunch from creepy Hollywood who wanted you to suffer endlessly. And so, feeling deceived, he wished to die. Quickly.
