feeling bad about my binges but im going to try to be better

gonna work out but i dont want to. i feel kinda sad idk i shouldnt let it get to me though

i cried during my workout cuz of cringe emotional issues. i feel better though, im happy i finished it strong. but today is a long day of homework. lets go...

i am really struggling emotionally. i work out i try doing my homework i try being a good student but i feel like i am so so so sad. i try to better myself but i am just so sad. i am so annoyed with myself why am i like this i hate it i just want to be happy. watever so cringe!

i believe in hell so i must ride this one out.

i had a great day today with my friends yet i feel so sad

idk i was happy but now I’m sad and idk why i should be reallg happy right now. idk maybe I’ll ask my mom to watch anime w me or something hehe

i post stuff here cuz when i write it out sometimes the feelings go away until they come back again

it’s so hard to imagine how anyone else could love me other than the people who used to but no longer do
