Thinking

Ever since June 4th, I’ve been thinking a lot. Thinking about the future and what it brings. Thinking of how something in my trig class works or what I’m learning in my writing class. There are multiple things going on inside my head that I can’t just get a grip around. Today, it got out of hand and gave me a bad migraine that made me nauseous. Maybe it’s because of anxiety. Lack of coffee and sleep can also be a factor. I did my daily bible reading and prayer to Jehovah and that helped it go away. It always helps to take time out of the day to learn about our Heavenly Father. It made me ponder however that it is not that much of a generalization of simply going to God to make your problems go away. I reflected on a conversation I had with an elder while I was studying on why scholars who claim to have true knowledge of the bible, but don’t believe in God and he told me, “Anyone can read the bible, but it takes Holy Spirit to understand it.” That struck me. I share this because getting baptized truly changed why I am living. My dedication is full heartedly for Jehovah and I am truly and undeservedly blessed to have given the opportunity to be apart of his organization. I love Jehovah, not only for that reason, but for everyday that I get to show my love for him. There is no better life in anything else.
