i think it’s a good idea to make a separate individual post that isn’t a bunch of paragraphs but yeah basically my situation is: ive lived under a slumlord for years, he filed to evict me and my disabled mom who I take care of after we tested for mold and every room tested positive, he was convinced by legal aid to drop the eviction and give us until the end of the month to leave and we both have apartments in different cities lined up but not nearly enough money to cover the costs of moving including: rent and down payments, rental trucks and gas. (Also just other costs of living at the same time). If you aren't already aware, the USA successfully exported homomisia to many African countries through its imperialist domination, resulting in being gay and/or trans being punishable by imprisonment and/or death in many African countries. Refugees have had to flee active genocides occurring throughout Africa, and LGBTQ+ comrades even more so as they flee one genocide while still struggling to leave another.

Some of these LGBTQ+ comrades have ended up in Gorom Refugee Camp, which not only itself needs economic aid, but especially so for their LGBTQ+ refugees, who receive zero protection from homomisian and transmisian violence.

Starvation and diseases like HIV and malaria run rampant through Gorom Refugee Camp, and these people aren't safe right now. Comrade Abdul has set up a campaign specifically dedicated to these LGBTQ+ refugees in Gorom Refugee Camp, doing what they can to help them survive and eventually escape the camp.

according to my observations there are 3 genres of hotd critique 1) genuine thoughtful critique about the allegorical and representational politics of the show in relation to race, history, gender, etc. 2) "idk why people writing a show human beings would watch as an episodical narrative each week didn't just do a one-to-one adaptation of this book that is not a narrative but an intentionally vague fake historical account with very few clear throughlines, but i am appalled" and 3) (my personal favourite) "i can't believe the Patriarchal Violence Show produced primarily by men based on the works of Patriarchal Violence Enjoyer Author from the extended world of Paatriarchal Violence But With Dragons.........is misogynistic."
