FAQ

Are your commissions open?

Yes, my commissions are open! You can find everything you need on my Vgen profile, including prices and other things. I will accept commissions requests ONLY from vgen. Any PMs will be ignored unless if it’s for helping questions.

Will you draw other BSD characters?

Yes of course! Despite this profile is more dedicated to Dazai (since he is my favourite), I’m also open to draw the other characters if I feel to.

Please before commissioning me, read carefully my terms & conditions (you can find them on vgen too).

Do you accept drawing requests?

Yep! I take requests regarding BSD characters (not ocs), it will be a very quick digital sketch with watermark. You can make a request clicking on the Q&A button on my blog!

Be patient if it takes a while to reply! Sketching requires time and I’m not 24h on tumblr, but I will do my best to keep up with every request.

Will you draw NSFW?

Nope, it’s not something I’m comfortable with, so I will not draw anything like that.

Can I repost your drawings?

Yes you can! But with some rules:

You can post my drawings on any platform, except Tumblr and TikTok. For them I only allow the reblog/repost from my profile.

It’s FORBIDDEN to remove my watermark on the illustration/comic.

I have a personal blog that I mainly use for reblog random stuff but my official is this one here.

What software/Brushes you use?

I mainly use Procreate but sometimes I use ClipStudio for more complex illustrations. For the brushes I tend to experiment a lot, so I don’t really have a set that I use. I basically use the airbrush set (on procreate), the g pen and a random brush for sketching. That’s it!

This Illustration is inspired by the song “Two Slow Dancer” by Mitski.

I wanted to make something that is romantic, yes, but that can also represent the characters behaviors. So here we have Dazai “teasing” Chuuya in his own usual way, “forcing” him (nobody believes you, Chuuya—) in a little dance together <3

This is my first Mixtape!! I had fun participating and I hope that my gift made happy the person who receive it! I was so excited to be part of this project, make gift for people is always a pleasant experience <3

I want to take this opportunity to vent a little about something a bit personal.

Dazai and BSD both, in a certain way, made a significant impact to me. They both come back into my life when I touched the low bar.

And Dazai in particular really made me feel understood in a period where I only felt numbness and where anything didn’t felt worth living for. That’s partially why I’m so attached to him.

For me at least, as a BSD fan, it was never about fangirl stuff. It was more deep than that. This is a topic not many people would get, and I understand it.

And I honestly feel a little embarrassed to share this too.

So happy birthday Dazai Osamu, you were able to honor Oda’s words once again.

I’m not really a fan of AUs, but I admit that when I saw this version of Dazai, I couldn’t help but drawing it! I wanted to use a lot of white/cold colors for this drawing, I don’t know why but I always had this image of him in white! (because It’s clearly his color, even better than black imo), It makes him more “ethereal”.

Anyway, I hope you will like it! ❄️

have you ever experienced art block that may bother you a lot especially during making commission?

and how do you deal with it?

Oh, a lot actually!

When it comes commissions, I usually try to not overwork myself and be patient.

I cannot stop drawing because commissions are still work, but I always try to do short sessions instead of a long one and in between them, I try to do something completely different like reading or going outside for a walk! Most of the time, art block comes because I am too stressed, making me overthink over my skills, and over the time I learned that this solution is something that always works for me.

In general I try not to force myself too much, especially for the commission’s sake. I want to deliver the best illustration I can and if for doing it I need to take it slow, I prefer to take my time than rush everything.
