Vegan Raw-nola Recipe 🙌🏽 5 pitted medjool dates 2 tbs hemp seeds 2 tbs ground flaxseed 1/3 cup toasted coconut 2 tbs chia seeds 1/2 cup almonds 1/2 cup pecans 1/3 cup cashews salt + cinnamon to taste dice the dates into little baby pieces. add the dates to a big mixing bowl then add the chia seeds, flaxseed, hemp seeds, and toasted coconut pieces. set aside. in a food processor or high powered blender, pulse all of the nuts until they’re broken into smaller pieces but be careful not to over chop! chunks are good. next, add the nuts to the initial bowl of dates and seeds and stir to thoroughly combine all ingredients! add sea salt and pepper to taste. if you’re feeling funky you can add a tablespoon of unsweetened cacao powder or raw cacao nibs. we like to put this rawnola on top of a big bowl of coconut milk yogurt and fresh fruit 🤩 (at Bake and Skate) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bs9VGK3Atqf/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=nbdxbinruv4q
