As Bruce Lee once said: "It is like a finger pointing a way to the moon. Don't concentrate on the finger or you'll miss all that heavenly glory."
Before heading to work, I’d like to share some thoughts on street photography. These are just my personal feelings, so please don’t judge me. Feel free to share your own ideas as well.
We often come across stunning photos with clever use of shadows and light, or shots taken from unique angles that boost dramatic tension. But to me, all of these elements mean nothing if they are not tied to the streets, interactions between people, and local culture.
Years later, when you look back on your photos, you might understand what I mean. This is all from my own experience. So I’d say: if you love street photography, take pictures that truly move you — don’t just chase stylized, eye-catching shots created by others.
Time up...
