JFC, this poor kiddo has had the worst luck this week. Last week we were at Urgent Care for RSV, and today we were back at Urgent Care because Adelina has developed a ear infection due to the fluid in her ears from having RSV. It is the hardest thing ever having a non verbal child because she can't tell me what hurts or that she is in pain.

I read that you should avoid screens an hour before you go to bed and an hour after you wake up. So I've been having at it for a little over a month now and will pick up my book instead. It sounded pretty woo woo but oh man, it really does help your mindset. You get to wake up and choose what mood you're going to be in. What you consume mentally is just as important as what you consume physically.
