Just some insight into what went down at the photo shoot. After rigging up our lovely little hanger contraption and figured out to use strings to position things, it went quite well. I took photos and grabbed clothing while Franny and Lacy modeled, prepped clothes on the hanger, and held strings for the photographs.

Printed off my page and made notes on the measurements of the navigation. started coding. ooooohhh yeaaaaah.

This is a checklist of how we will organize our files. For instance, if it is the women's page and the user selects coral, the file for this page would be womanfewcoral.shtml...or if it is men's and all the mens clothes are up, the file would be manall.shtml. this way we can stay consistent throughout our files.

Photos for our lookbook will be taken outside of the studio so that the environment remains around them. Thumbnail versions on the homepage will be in black and white and change to color when moused over. Clicking brings you to a slideshow page of the collection.

Final layout for the single item page with our own photos!!! Usibility tests went really well. I think it would be a good idea to do them again when we have our home page with lookbook and working links to do it with a couple men as well.

aight babes so I did some noodling and this is what I have come up with so far. They're all just variations on word choice, icon, and placement. I can put the .indd on DB if you want to do further noodling or print them out and burn them or whatever.

See now you're instagramming the colors your crystalite is making in your water HASHTAGpink&yellow. But yeah anywhoozits the contact + about pages are coming. The 'about' page about to be DOPE-- all infograph-y and such don't even worry about it. 

Akshully go ahead and worry about it the normal amount (the 'there goes franny bout to go do some major over-committing' amount).

Ok so image quality is terrible since they are just place holder images, but hopefully this will give us an idea of size/look. I kept the hairline boxes for the secondary ones, and then just had the border one for the main pages... not sure on that so let's discuss it tomorrow. For the main pages having four images per grid box seemed to work well. Lets talk tomorrow!
