Progress Week 13

After completing my all work the last thing left to finally launching my business is a marketing strategy that clarify how to launch the product. I will opt for a penetration pricing policy that means keeping a low price for my product. My motto would be welfare of the environment as well as profit maximization. Lastly the most important thing is to ensure that all the protocol of pandemic should be followed in the day to day working as well as at the time of delivery and after the delivery which is the why i started such businrss to save the life of people.

After developing a marketing startegy to launch the product based on the reasearch done. My product is finally ready to launch and i can finally launch my business which was a dream for me from the very starting.

As I done with gathering all the resources for my business , now I have to focus on aligning everything accordingly so that my business can make efficient use of all the resources. I have to work for the management of my business. If there is any deviation i have to work on that and need to correct it for the growth of my business. I have to see everything goes according to the planning stage.

As I am done with my employees part I have to move to other assessment of my business that is arranging vehicle for my employees to work . It would be thr biggest investment of my business as this is the main asset of my business other than the employees. As it is a delivery business it is really important to get vechiles arranged so my next task would be arranging vechiles for my business.

For the growth prospects its really important to manage all the resources effectively . That 's far my business has reached till now and everything is going inclined towards plan.

As I have completed training for my employees I would put them to work for trails so that they can experience the filed in practical manner also. As its really important that employees work in an efficient manner for the growth prospects of an business. It is really to hold training sessions for employees to work with the competence environment.

As I am done with hiring a bunch of extreme talents , next I have to hold training sessions for them to improve their efficiency and skills. I will provide them both on -the job and off -the job training so they can smoothly perform their work. First I will move with Off the job training where they will learn about the business ideas and the neccessary protocols they need to follow.

Once they understand what they exactly have to do I will move further with on the job training to provide thsm practical experience which is really important to know how far they have understood. After completing the training process one can work efficiently for their job.

After successfully promoting my business idea on social media platforms , I am now busy with hiring of employees or my business team which is the main asset of my business. Hiring of employees is one of the biggest stage for my business plan as the success of my business is totally dependent on my employees.

For me customer satisfaction is really important perspective for any business , therefore after hiring potential employees I would move next to providing the training to my employees in which they will learn about small details and the protocols they need to follow to keep themselves and other safe during this pandemic which is the motto of my business plan.

Start up progress Week 7

As of now I have done with my planning stage. I have planned everything from the idea of starting up my business to financial resources I would use. At present I am trying to influence people with the idea of my business to create a self awareness among them , how important is not to step out of their houses for unnecessary reasons during this pandemic.

I am busy creating social media post to promote my business before actually launching it. I personally think it is important to promote the services before launching it create a hype and awareness among customers. I am quite happy with the responses. Next I would move to hiring of employees .

A person has variety of options to choose from when it comes to funding the business. But for my business my funds will be limited to my personal investments as my business doesn't require much start up cost. I have to create a app and a website for people to make orders. And few employees who will facilitate the deliveries on time. My business doesn't have any physical location therefore i will promote my business through social media platforms. I will also create a feedback survey to know the responses of my consumers.

When my business will see a smooth phase and it is ready to move to the next level i will look for the external sources of finance to grow my business. For now my personal investments would be enough to start my business plan.

After completing my graduation i will share the idea of my business on the social mediaa to create awarness among the society , as social media is vast platform. After that i will seek for the license from the Ontario government fulfilling all the legal formalities required to start up my business. One of the major raw material for my business would be a vehicle to process the smooth and fast deliveries. I would look for the sellers that can help me with my problem at affordable rates. My business success depends on the team of workers who will work for the Expresso Delivery Services, so I have to choose my team wisely. After selecting my team I will provide them training for some time before actually putting them to work. I will introduce them with all the social distancing protocols and rules and regulations they need to follow while doing the deliveries. I also have to make some contacts with logistics for fast deliveries. Last but not the least , I have to create an application & online website for people for booking our services. For now I haven't think much about growth concepts so this would be my operational plans for now.

My customer persona is a person who is above 16 years of age weather a working or non working class person who is in need to send some stuff from one place to another. It can also be a person who wants to purchase some groceries or medicines without stepping out their houses. Irrespective of any gender or likes dislikes, values , mentality, habits it can be anyone who wants to use a delivery service for any means. since due to pandemic situation we are stuck at our homes and its really dangerous to step out so there is really a need of a delivery service which can act as helping hand in this tough times. Therefore, My customer persona can be any person who is need of sending and receiving some stuffs without stepping out of their houses.

Competition has provide customers a large range if variety to choose from. After researching I have found my three biggest competitors which are mentioned below:

Established in 1982 ,Star Courier Service offers client to client delivery in the Hamilton area from over 30 years. It is my biggest competition as it has the biggest market size and very fast and reliable. From the past 30 years it has never missed an deadline yet.

Module 1  Strengths And Weakness

Everyone coin has two sides. Therefore starting a micro business will also come with difficulties and opportunities both. I think I would be facing many difficulties while opening an new micro business as it would be a truly new experience . I have never came across such experience. But my everlasting dream to start my own business would be my biggest strength. I have lot of enthusiasm and patience that could be very helpful in my entrepreneur journey. I have never led a team so I don’t poses any leadership qualities which could be a difficult work for me to lead a team while I am very Independent & significant with my tasks that could be motivator for me. Having access to limited assets and financial assistance will be conquered as a weakness for me as I don’t have sufficient funds for my plans while a new business requires a huge capital investment.

I am always curious about things which pushes me to learn things and grow from my experiences. I am new to this country and I am not habitual about how things takes place and I don't have many connections which is a biggest drawback for me. I am never afraid to take challenges while I am ready to face the challenges that would be my biggest Strength as business is all about taking challenges. I am very ambitious towards my goals and I am devoted to every hard work required to achieve my goals which can be the biggest factor taking my business to zenith heights.

I believe all our dreams can come true if we have courage to pursue them. An life is all about learning, we should learn from every phase of our life's.
