since week one (which I choose not to post for my own self esteem 😂😂) I've seen major toning in my waist (Waist Gang 💁🏽), lifting in my glutes 🍑, and toning in my thighs and even lower back💅🏾... My #KiToHealth have been 1. EATING CLEAN: 💦water, no bread, no sweets, sodas. 2. CARDIO: 😓25/30 mins of any high energy activity. EX: treadmill, elliptical, bike. And 3. JOURNALISM: 📓I realised being physically fit isn't the only aspect of HEALTHY. Go out and get a journal and write down anything that comes to mind, Any time of the day, that bothers you, any exciting ideas, or even just to talk when there's Noone else... ANYBODY that knows us knows our crazy love/hate relationship! To say the least I LOVE this lady with all of my ❤️. She's my rock and without her that FASFA would not have been completed, them loans would not have been applied for, and that degree WE got yesterday would have been non-existent...
