I feel like my entire world is falling apart. Literally everything I try and do, something goes wrong. Finish college.. can’t. One season left of track.. cancelled. Move to Florida and do the DCP.. oops sorry but we’re cancelling the program. Go to grad school.. oh we actually need $47,000 from you. LIKE NOTHING IS GOING RIGHT FOR ME and I don’t have a job, I don’t know what I want to do in life, im 22 and never have had a boyfriend or even have a guy look at me before (like am I really that bad), as of right now i literally have no plan because I had one and now everything went wrong and I just want to do something with my life. Everything is just so blurry right now for me. Anyone else feeling like this or just me?

trying to find the silver lining in everything- my last semester of college was cancelled, my last season of track was cancelled, and now I was supposed to move down to Florida to work for the Disney College Program in May and that was cancelled. Positives are 1) possibility of now going to Lover Fest, 2) going to grad school to finish my last season of track, 3) get to stay close to my family for another year.

Always look for the positive and listen to @taylorswift to help when you’re feeling sad, or happy, or confused and you just wanna have a dance party in your room :)

so I posted this on my twitter the day miss americana came out but I feel like I need to post it on here and just express my feelings.

okay. i don’t care if you are or aren’t a fan of @taylorswift (clearly I’m a big fan haha) but everyone needs to watch miss americana on netflix. first, i have honestly never related to anything more in my life about getting approval from others or making others feel happy and if you don’t do that then you are a failure. or if you’re nice and work hard then you will be successful and you don’t get approval from others you’re a failure. success doesn’t come from others, it comes from yourself and you’re doing what makes you happy then keeping doing it. second, yes she mentions politics, but I think the main thing she is trying to get across is be passionate about what you stand for and let your voice be heard. we need to stop worrying about what others might think about us if we say the wrong thing. if you believe in something, then take that belief and run with it. don’t let others try and persuade you to not do something you care about or believe in. no matter what we say in life, and not just about politics, there are always going to be people who bring you down or hurt you. BUT it’s our life and we need to do what brings ourselves happiness, not others. I NEED TO STOP MAKING MYSELF FEEL SMALL JUST TO PLEASE OTHERS. just go watch please and you’ll understand what this all means. @taylorswift please never stop being you. thank you for inspiring so many people and teaching us valuable life lessons.

Something I will never ever forget is the first time seeing @taylorswift perform live. As an 11-year old, innocent little girl this was by far the most magical, unbelievable night of my life. I remember how starstuck I was seeing Taylor that close to my seats and telling my mom how cool it was that she would walk through the crowd to see us, her fans. From this moment on, I knew nothing could top the performances @taylorswift put on and I guess I was right because I’ve only been to her shows.

During this hard time, I want to reflect more and realize how unbelievably grateful I am for all the experiences I have been able to experience in my life so far. Realize how grateful I am for the people who are in my life and love me for who I am. Grateful for those who I look up to like @taylorswift and how genuine she is. Just grateful for the amazing, beautiful world we live on. 💗
