peter-cohen:
Chuckling as he watched the blonde toddler jumping up and down on the bed, Peter wrapped his arms around the boy and started pressing kisses all over the boy’s head as he lifted the boy off of the bed and started to carry him into the kitchen after Alaska and Harlow. “How about I make your absolute favourite for breakfast, eh I?” Peter whispered to the boy who cuddled into him even closer the more he spoke. “Scramby eggs and bacon?” The way that Isaac’s smile grew so much bigger was how Peter could tell that he had said something right.
Once in the kitchen, Alaska popped Harlow into her little seat and laughed lightly as the baby girl’s eyes lit up. She was like a little puppy, trained to know that food was coming once she was placed in the chair. “You’re a hungry little mama aren’t you?” she cooed, pressing her fingertip to the baby’s nose before turning her attention to the boys who had entered the space. After picking up one of the bananas on the counter, she peeled it instantly and broke off half to hand to Isaac and began to break the other half into smaller bits for Harlow. “How about oatmeal for me?” she asked, turning her attention back to Peter as a smile played on her lips.
