had a dream last night that I was swimming with orcas, one of them got me stuck at the bottom of the ocean where I was then captured. I was transported to the Mall of America where I met Shane Madej and got recruited for Buzzfeed Unsolved.

I was beckoned over to the counter by this old guy and he straight up asked me "so why do you do all that (dyed hair and snake bites), do you get any boys lookin like that?".
First off, what? Second, which is what I told him, "this isn't for boys, it's for me.".
he then proceeds to say "well, did you loose your identity or something? Do you not know who you are anymore?". At this point, that's just rude, you can't even excuse that shit and explain it away with curiosity. I'm not as whitty as some but I do tell him the truth, "I know exactly who I am, and I'm cool as hell."
He then proceeds to leave. Thank god. The cherry on top of it all, later on I catch wind of two boys who had/have a crush on me. Get fucked old guy.

the hunger
have you ever thought about how utterly devastating the hunger is? This probably isn't the hottest take, but consider it. Thousands of places and people, people that taako and magnus and merle knew. How? How could seven travelers grieve for that many people? It's like a never-ending staircase, you've descended the steps and now you can never go back. You can't go home. It's as if time eroded your whole home planet, every atom of it. Things may be familiar but nothings the same, nothing will ever be the same. Your mother? Your childhood best friend? Consumed by the hunger that you then defeated.

actually feel like I'm getting my life together again, thats nice. saw my friend on Friday, it was supposed to be a group hangout but the others canceled, which was fine. we ended up playing Myst for most of the night, almost finished it too before I got stuck on the train puzzle.
